Subscription can be paused, skipped or cancelled. This must be by the 4th of the month. Auto-charge is on the 5th of the month. No refunds will be given as I order per customer. Boxes are typically delivered to you by the 15th of that month. If you order after the 5th (for example April 10th) please allow up to 7 business days for us to prepare and ship your April box. On the 5th of the following month (for example May 5th) you will have the reoccurring charge for the May box.
